In Search of Perfection – The perfect version of daily dishes
The inspiration for this course comes from Heston Blumenthal, Head Chef and Owner of the Fat
Duck. Your tutor for this evening, who worked at The Fat Duck, will guide you through what makes
an ordinary dish truly extraordinary. Due to each dish’s nature and in-depth exploration, we will only
be perfecting one dish in each class. But trust me, each dish is a few menus on its own.
This is a hands-on class and will take between 3-4 hours to complete. This particular class is
aimed at people who are very interested in food and cooking or “foodies” due to the in-depth nature
of the knowledge passed on.

Steak and Treacle Tart – All recipes are from “The Fat Duck” Trust us there is more to this menu
than meets the eye!!
